Quillfen Property Repairs Ltd carries out responsive repairs, void property refurbishment and planned maintenance for housing associations and councils across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire.

We complete around 9,000 repairs a year across 6,500 homes, with 24-hour emergency cover, and turn void properties round to the lettable standard.

Annual turnover is about £3.8 million. We employ 45 directly employed operatives: multi-trade, plumbing, electrical, joinery, plastering and roofing.
